Resize your picture to your liking and crop it to 100x100. Flatten your image to make it your backround. This is your base.



Duplicate this layer and set it to Overlay (Opacity 100%)

Duplicate this layer and set it to Luminosity (Opacity 100%)

Duplicate THIS layer and set it to Screen (Opacity 30%)



Duplicate that layer one more time and set it to Soft Light  (Opacity 100%)



Make a new layer an put this gradient in (made by me!!)


Set it to Screen (Opacity 53%)

Add text if you want and you are done!
